Online Paper Submission System

Prospective authors are invited to submit high-quality manuscripts written in English. The submission of a paper implies that the paper is original and has not been submitted to elsewhere for possible publication. All submissions will be peer-reviewed by experts in the field based on originality, significance, quality and clarity. Authors should use the Latex style files or MS-Word templates provided by the Spring Lecture Notes to format their papers. ICCN'07 conference proceedings will be published by Springer.Furthermore, a selected number of authors will be invited to expand and revise their papers for possible inclusions in peer-reviewed international journals or edited books.

All papers should be submitted electronically via Online Paper Submission System(It will be updated). Submitted papers should be no longer than 4 A4 pages (single spaced). Please upload the paper in one of the following fomats : (1) a PDF file of your paper, (2) either the RTF file (please zip it to reduce the file size for faster uploading) or all associated Latex files (i.e., eps, bib, sty, etc, zipped together as a single file for uploading). Kindly name your pdf file Pxxxx.pdf, your rtf file Pxxxx.rtf, and your zip file Pxxxx.zip or Pxxxx.rar, where Pxxxx is your PaperID. An rtf file can be obtained in Word by saving the file as an rtf file.

If you meet any technological problem (and only technical problem) when you submit on line, please contact our web technician Dr. Tao Xiang<xiangtaooo@gmail.com>. And copy to Sicpb2004@fudan.edu.cn. For other questions, please only contact

Sicpb2004@fudan.edu.cn

For each accepted paper, you should email a scanned copy of a signed copyright form to sheh@ecust.edu.cn by 31 May, 2007. Please note that the area of your paper may have been changed from your original preference, due to the recommendation of the Program Committee. If there are multiple authors for the same paper, one of the author may sign the copyright form on behalf of all authors. The signature can be in any language.

Paper Format

Please read the LNCS format instructions (this instruction is written in the required format and may serve as a sample paper). Authors are encouraged to use the LNCS Latex2e template to prepare the papers, since Word printout may vary due to different computer settings; however, you can find a Word template here and other templates may also be available at Springer website. Your final paper must be EXACTLY in the LNCS/LNAI format for the paper to be included in the proceedings.
